Job descriptionWe are seeking a professional to manage the creation and development of Strategic or Tactical Content and Influencer Marketing Plans based on the communication objectives of clients, brands, or agencies.Main responsibilitiesManage the creation and development of Strategic or Tactical Content and Influencer Marketing Plans based on communication objectives of clients, brands, or agencies;Lead the identification of relevant communication objectives for influencer marketing based on market demands and specific business goals;Manage the creation and development of concepts or ideas for actions with influencers;Develop and refine methods for strategy and creation of concepts and formats of branded content with influencers;Request and coordinate research on new formats, languages, and trends in communication actions involving brands and influencers, ensuring that the concepts and strategies developed are always current and surprising;Request or prepare performance reports and lead adjustments in practices and deliveries of the managed team when necessary;Identify trends, business opportunities, and share ideas with management, including the creation of new products and concepts;Promote the company culture and foster synergy among teams and individuals;Support the adoption of new tools;Conduct management presentations and lead meetings to present Strategic or Tactical Plans.Requirements and skillsCreativity and ease in building storytelling;Experience in influencer marketing campaigns or companies;Advanced knowledge in creating presentations - PPT, Canva, etc.;Knowledge of design tools;Desirable to have an interest in sports;Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
