Application and Sales Engineer or Technician
We are looking for a person responsible for commercial relationships with customers in the various industrial segments in the regions of Pernambuco, Paraíba, Rio Grande do Norte and Ceará, with the aim of adding value to the customer through products and services, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Main responsibilities:
Visit the customers in your portfolio (factories and offices), working on the strategic planning of visits, aiming to cover the established region.
Work together with the application engineering team so that they can perform analyses and technical proposals for problem-solving and/or implementation of new projects for customers.
Work on the technical specification of materials, through the collection of process data from the customer, in order to provide a solution that meets the customer's process needs with the best acquisition cost and with high durability.
Prepare budgets and technical reports for products according to the customer's needs, aiming to ensure a competitive edge for the business.
Register information related to business opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Keep customer records up-to-date, ensuring the integrity and quality of the information available to the team and for strategic decision-making.
Convert customer visits into sales, helping to achieve the sales target plan established by the company.
