**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are hiring a **Customer Experience Assistant in the Latam **to join our CX team In **São Paulo, Brazil**! You will wear the company's shirt and represent it by helping our end users in Mexico, Chile, and Argentina with any questions, problems, or changes that may occur, through a humanized and effective service, always seeking a satisfactory solution for our users and partners.
**YOUR IMPACT**
- Collect, organize and report feedbacks, data and suggestions from interactions with users and partners to improve the user experience, our app and our processes;
- Master the Gympass app to help our users and partners;
- Anticipate possible impacts and help develop solutions proactively;
- Master processes and perform analysis of registrations and documents;
- Work with internal teams in the alignment of suggested actions.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Fluent or native Spanish. English and Portuguese is a plus;
- Love teamwork;
- Believe that having quality of life increases productivity, satisfaction and health;
- Like to learn new things and have constant challenges;
- Have completed higher education or be studying;
- Have good writing (typing) and oratory (spelling) skills in Spanish;
- Have ease in dealing with technology;
- Have a sense of urgency when solving problems;
- Potential for learning;
- Good concentration.
