**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are hiring a **Senior Technical Program Manager** to our **DOTS** team in **São Paulo**!
At DOTS (Digital Operation Technology Systems), we are developing scalable solutions that make Gympassers more productive, assuring user-friendly, data-driven, and confident products, for efficient and measurable work of the business areas.
As a technical program manager you will be responsible for driving the execution of Gympass initiatives that might span across several teams in a high quality and effective manner. This role takes a holistic perspective about how all the moving parts should tie together and systematizes it
into a functioning program.
You will collaborate with Product Managers, Tech Leads and the engineering team to ensure that necessary deliverables are worked into their plans. You will have an end-to-end oversight of the projects while keeping all players coordinated on its progress and deadlines, anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management when needed and balancing the business needs versus technical constraints.
**YOUR IMPACT**
- Deliver infrastructure initiatives for the back office using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently ;
- Stay on top of program initiatives schedules providing clarity of risks,deadlines and efforts to stakeholders;
- Lead the collaborative cross team decision;
- Integrate technical team coaching them on technical and soft competences;
- Lead initiative across DOTS infrastructure connecting the architecture and organizing interdependencies across other focus areas;
- Facilitate decision making around changes on infrastructure. Make sure the consequences are understood, and changes are visible;
- Guide teams into the Agile best practices, facilitating ceremonies and fostering an accountability culture of delivery into the teams;
- Lead the prioritization process for Back office domain considering strategy, facilitating value engineering, developing a backlog for short, mid and long term;
- Monitor and give visibility to OKRs, initiative status, agile metrics identifying bottlenecks, and engage the teams on opportunities of improvements.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline or equivalent practical experience;
- Strong experience in Computer/ Software technology mainly on Infrastructure;
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects in an Agile environment;
- Advanced experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks;
- Experience with software development processes and agile tools (e.g. Jira, Pivotal Tracker, Bugzilla, etc.);
- Experience with troubleshooting infrastructure technical issues, including capturing and analyzing logs;
- Experience with infrastructure project management and stakeholder management within multicultural environments;
- Knowledge of Software Architecture and system integration;
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and modern automation tools;
- Strong communication skills: able to communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders;
- Ability to speak English and Portuguese fluently and idiomatically.
The following are considered to be a **plus**:
- Past experience with MS Azure, Google Workspace, Telecom infrastructure, back office infrastructure, access management tools, and cloud management projects;
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines;
- Experience with Automation;
- Ability to speak Spanish fluently and idiomatically.
