**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the UI team to design, refine, and enhance user interface elements for both web and mobile platforms.
- Create and update marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the brand's visual identity.
- Continuously identify and implement UI improvements to enhance the website's quality and user experience.
- Design engaging digital content, including logos, banners, landing pages, and promotional materials, in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Contribute to brand development initiatives, ensuring all visual designs align with the brand strategy.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user interaction and overall design.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing work for web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, marketers, and other team members.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience with animation using Spine 2D or Adobe After Effects.
- Familiarity with brand development and visual identity design.
- Previous experience working with remote teams.
