**The Role**:
As a **Senior Recruiter**, you'll support hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates ensuring all quality thresholds are met! The role of the Senior Recruiter is to develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels. This will involve using various systems and tools/ processes to provide a recruitment service for a specific business unit.
**This role requires someone to work onsite at our client in Sao Paulo, Brazil 3 days per week.**
**Experience recruiting in Insurance, Finance and Technology is ideal**
**Experience recruiting in Brazil is a must have. Recruiting in other areas of Latin America is a nice to have**
**Key Accountabilities**:
**What you’ll be doing**:
- You'll ensure the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels.
- You'll lead vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers and document recruitment plans which include role requirements agreed on timeframes, roles and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process. Where possible, include member(s) of the Client Services team in the discussion and if not, share the outcome of the discussion with them to ensure they can develop the sourcing plan and source effectively for the role.
- An important part of this role is about building and maintaining hiring manager relationships. You'll be responsible for client satisfaction within your own business area.
- Finally, you'll Manage recruitment projects alongside recruitment activities.
**Skills & Experience**:
Experience of with Technical, Corporate, or Financial roles.
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese is a must have
- Spanish preferred
- Working to and meeting demanding targets and deadlines.
- Management of recruitment activities across various markets.
- Screening and interviewing experience is essential for this role.
- Experience in using recruitment technology and recruitment databases is a must
- Experience manage stakeholder relationships - any inter-regional experience is a bonus.
- Experience in influencing and persuading stakeholders to take a course of action.
