Amazon.com.br is looking for a Programs PM to manage important programs that make customers' lives easier like Subscribe and Save (a.k.a. Programe e Poupe) Super and Baby Registry. You will work cross-functionally with finance, site merchandisers, buyers and developers on a wide variety of projects including sales and promotion analysis, processes development, selection growth, customer life cycle management, CX development and competition monitoring within your category.
You need to be a self-starter, with a real passion for retail and internet, a high level of autonomy, flexibility, and commitment. He or she will have shown analytical capability and project management skills and will be customer focused, deeply detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
Key job responsibilities
Manage Products P&L, identify revenue or cost efficiency opportunities, improve CX and customer journey, map and develop product improvement and connect and influence central and tech team decisions in favor of your product.
A day in the life
Evaluate reports, find gaps in our customer experience and act to find root causes to fix it. Connect with central teams to prioritize new features or benchmark best practices. Drive promotions and scale programs results with commercial team and track P&L results with finance to identify opportunities across amazon organization.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in driving process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
