At Explore-Share, an online platform for guided adventures worldwide, we're seeking a Community Manager to oversee our global presence remotely.
The role entails building and centralizing user-generated content, including reviews, stories, pictures, and videos from travelers and guides.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage Explore-Share's social media channels to engage with our audience.
2. Strengthen the brand and its reach within the adventure travel community.
3. Enhance collaboration with our guide community.
4. Communicate Explore-Share's mission, values, activities, and impact.
5. Foster new user acquisition through user-generated content and community advocacy.
6. Maintain indirect links with past users.
7. Pursue partnerships and collaborations with influencers and travel industry companies.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Social Media and Community Management expertise.
2. Track record managing Meta accounts.
3. Storytelling abilities.
4. Multimedia content creation skills (text, images, videos).
5. Analytics and data interpretation skills.
6. Collaboration and communication with the entire Explore-Share team.
7. High level of English proficiency (Advanced or bilingual).
8. Industry knowledge.
9. Outdoor enthusiast with regular practice in at least two activity types listed on our website.
