* Participate in implementation and enhancement projects for SAP SD, MM, and HR modules, ensuring compliance with business needs.
* Conduct requirements analysis, blueprint design, configuration, testing, and support during the go-live phase.
* Provide support and maintenance for the SAP SD, MM, and HR environment, including incident resolution and process optimization.
* Configure and parameterize the SD, MM, and HR modules.
* Integrate SD, MM, and HR modules with other SAP areas such as FI/CO, PP, and WM, as well as external systems like time tracking and payroll (TOTVS, eSocial, etc.).
* Support the management of master data for materials, customers, suppliers, employees, and performance records.
* Handle data migration using tools like LSMW, SHDB, and BODS.
* Develop technical and functional documentation and conduct user training sessions.
Requirements:
* Experience in the implementation, support, or optimization of any SAP module.
* Participation in at least 1 to 2 full-cycle SAP projects, from requirements analysis to go-live and post-implementation support.
* Hands-on experience in maintenance and support, ensuring continuous system operation and efficiency.
* Advanced knowledge of SAP modules, including their configuration and integration with FI, PP, and WM.
* Familiarity with SAP GUI, Fiori, and Solution Manager.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA (desirable).
* SAP SD, MM, and HR certification (a plus).
* Experience with system integrations such as CRM, WMS, TMS, OA, and time tracking.
* Intermediate/advanced English (a plus).
