We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Watson-Marlow Brasil. Based in São Paulo, this role is pivotal in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, providing both technical and commercial support to drive sales and business growth.
You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, identifying new applications for existing customers, and ensuring exceptional service to achieve sustainable results. With a strong foundation in engineering and industrial sales, you will play a key role in delivering innovative fluid management solutions to various industries while upholding our values of efficiency, sustainability, and excellence.

This role will focus on:
* Providing technical and commercial support to key customers in their region/market, seeking to achieve the stipulated goals.
* Reporting information from your sales area.
* Seeking excellence in service with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction and sustainable results.
* Prospecting for new customers and maintaining existing customers.
* Working in different segments, observing the particularities and needs of each client.
* Developing the market/regions with commercial actions.
* Monitoring sales, following up on key opportunities and continually seeking new business.
* Preparing technical specifications and defining the project, demonstrating to the customer the advantages and the return they can have with our equipment.
* Involving the application engineering team in defining the best solution for more complex projects.
* Providing advanced technical and commercial support to customers.
* Using the AX system to check the progress of your sales.
* Maintaining customer loyalty with periodic visits to understand needs and select the most appropriate solution.
* Mapping and minimizing the impact of competitors’ actions.
* Following defined strategies and applying them for the development of the market/region.
* Negotiating sales proposals and projects, maintaining ethics and global compliance rules.
* Providing advanced training to clients and giving technical lectures.
* Training potential sales representatives, distributors, and employees.
* Keeping up to date with the company's global training platform.
* Keeping up to date with the particularities of each market/region.
* Monitoring the results of the region/market.
* Reporting sales results and forecasts (weekly FORECAST).
* Participating in fairs and events.
* Visiting customers and their facilities to maintain loyalty.
* Resolving any incidents after delivery and installation of products.
* Providing support and suggestions for improving performance.
* Supporting the financial team in billing and portfolio recovery.
* Complying with ISO 9001, 14000 and EHS standards and procedures in accordance with the training carried out periodically.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Engineering: Mechanical or Mechatronics; Industrial; Electronics and Chemistry.
* Experience in industrial sales and advanced technical support.
* Experience in managing key clients.
* Advanced technical knowledge of industrial equipment.
* Advanced commercial and administrative knowledge (desirable).
* Intermediate English.
