REVERSE LOGISTICS SPECIALIST, SUPPLY CHAINDESCRIPTION: Amazon is looking for a motivated individual for the profile of Logistics Specialist for Network Losses containment team. This role is a part of the Brazil Supply Chain under the Reverse logistics team.What this role is about: This role will work closely with the Ops teams (Fulfillment center, Middle Mile, Last mile) along with multiple other teams to implement process improvements and new technical features to reduce damages and concession losses. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, and used to working with ambiguity. They will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.In this position you will:Continuously dive deep on network loss metrics and troubleshoot with site visits to spot spikes/discontinuities and identify new abuse patterns, workarounds to current programs, and defects in deployed products.Measure the impact of these discontinuities, prioritize key use cases and areas of focus to drive visibility and urgency to resolve these with respective program managers in the team and stakeholders within BR Ops and other org functions.Navigate in an ambiguous and continuously changing environment to design products and deploy programs to reduce and eliminate losses. This requires building an end-to-end appreciation of the network from customer acquisition to order placement, all customer fulfillment processes – packing, transportation, delivery/rejects, returns/pick up – and claims refund processes.Own regular business reviews with leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goals.Drive execution of goals, insist on the highest standards, and drive accountability for results by engaging stakeholders, aligning goals, and establishing a RACI framework.Cross-functional coordination and alignment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication across all levels and teams in the organization: senior leaders, technical teams, finance, fulfillment, and business leaders.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management.Working experience in correlated areas (Supply Chain/ReLo/Transportation).Analytical acumen, influence without authority.Project management or production management experience.Fluent Portuguese and Advanced English level for conversation.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:MBA.Operations or Transportation background.
