**Job Profile Summary**
- Responsible for supporting P&C Services by delivering a range of activities which may include payroll services, responding, resolving and/or escalating employee queries, providing operational support within the HR portal, Chat bot and Salesforce CRM tools, or providing guidance and information to employees, managers and HR on complex employee process and data changes, across the breadth of the Workday processes.

- This position is part of our P&C Services team within People & Culture (P&C).
**In this position you will**:
- Administrate the company benefits including meal, grocery and transportation vouchers, medical and dental assistance, loans, funeral assistance, life insurance, among others.
- Vouchers: ensure vouchers policies compliance.
Responsible for analyzing nonconformities requests.
Negotiate rates and terms together with the suppliers to meet the payment deadline.
- Medical and Dental Assistance: Guarantee Medical Assistance Policies compliance.
Inform and track maintenances to the vendor.
Control the dependents according to the policies and inform to the employee the end of their dependents eligibility.
- Life Insurance: Responsible for benefit administration, including interaction with benefit and payroll suppliers.
- Consigns and Emergency Loans: Analyze documentation received from the bank assuring that the respective policy is been respected.
Calculate the margin for loans, providing required approval and sending the documentation to the bank.
Control documents flow.
- Fuel Allowance and Company car: Interact with the team in charge of the fleet control for ensuring policies, legislation and tax requirements.
- Invoices: Check all the invoices and make sure that all the amounts are right and if not request for the correction.
Control all documents received and send the invoices to the responsible for the payments respecting the schedule defined by each BP company, to avoid additional cost caused by overdue.
- Ensure that our benefits policies, processes, and procedures are fulfilled.
- Support processes related to remuneration, e.g., salary research, targeting processes fulfilment and assuring that labor legislations for companies in South America are met.
- Work closer to the payroll lead to keep payroll aligned with all benefits (mandatory per law, per policy)
- Develop local processes and tools to manage employee benefits life cycle and it experiences in all P&C related process.
- Maintain our systems updated and with accurate information.
- Maintain benefits documents and records into appropriate files in a timely manner.
- Assure confidentiality and security of records and information.
- Be the first point of contact with external and internal partners and vendors, such as ADP, BDO, MDS, AON, Mercer, PwC, P&C partnering community, different centers of expertise and finance teams.
**What we are looking for a professional with**:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in HR services/operations, previous experience in benefits administration is preferred.
- Fluency in Portuguese is required, a good understanding of English are preferred.
- Technology-literates, including Microsoft Office.
- Desirable experience with Workday and ADP.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and processes orientation.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to quickly assimilate information and navigate.
**Hybrid working scheme: 3 times a week from the office located in Barueri**
