**Who You'll Work With**:
- Junior Business Analysts join our Rio de Janeiro or Sao Paulo offices to work in teams and directly with our clients.
This 6 to 24-month program was created to develop talents into real leaders through research, training, mentoring, and coaching sessions.

The Professional Development team will complement your experience by tailoring a learning and training program for you, considering your strengths and development needs.

**Your impact within our firm**:
- You'll work in teams of typically 3-5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement.

- As a Junior Business Analyst, you will receive training and coaching on how to better:
- Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them

This will include:

- At the end of your Junior Business Analyst program, you may receive an offer to become a Business Analyst.
**Your qualifications and skills**:
- Undergraduate degree in any course, except business administration, economics and engineering
- Expected graduation between December 2021 and July 2025
- Ability to communicate ideas most effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and Portuguese
- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
- Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
