Must haves
1. 5+ years of professional experience in web development;
2. Experience with Handlebars, Mustache, or a similar front-end templating language;
3. Strong skills in at least one server-side language with PHP or Elixir;
4. Experience writing code to consume and interpret data from APIs;
5. Deep understanding of web technology fundamentals (e.g., client-server architecture, HTTP request-response lifecycle);
6. Ability to quickly learn and contribute to unfamiliar legacy tech stacks;
7. Excellent communication, teamwork, humility, and curiosity;
8. Full-stack sensibility with frontend/UX specialization;
Nice to haves
1. Familiarity with the Drupal, Phoenix, and React frameworks;
2. Experience with RDBMSs like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.;
3. Familiarity with the MVC software design pattern.
