About The Position:
As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Account Executives and SDR’s in a dynamic and highly technology-driven environment, focusing on understanding customer needs and delivering ELSA’s value proposition. Adaptability, deep knowledge of how to sell SaaS products, and a strategic market understanding are essential.
We seek a hands-on professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of delivering results through their efforts and relationships, as well as through their team, across diverse budget scenarios. You will be responsible for building and developing high-performing teams and articulating the value of our products to the market, supported by highly skilled internal teams.
Main Challenges:
* Manage, coach, and develop high-performance teams;
* Exceed quarterly team revenue targets, focusing on sustainable, long-term business growth;
* Provide strategic direction to the sales organization and support to sales representatives as they manage deals from first contact to close;
* Execute and provide feedback to go-to-market strategies that align business objectives with market opportunities;
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure an integrated customer experience and strategic alignment;
* Become an expert in ELSA’s products and services, translating technical capabilities into tangible business impact;
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives in sales processes and tools, leveraging a data-driven approach for quick and effective adjustments.
Requirements:
* Consolidated experience as Sales Manager in the information technology segment, planning and conducting sales plans, building long-term growth strategies, and actively working alongside the team to achieve goals in complex environments;
* Background as an Account Executive or Key Account Executive in SaaS sales, with expertise in B2B strategies;
* Demonstrated success in leading teams to exceed sales targets, with the ability to motivate and retain high-performing talent;
* A data-driven mindset for analyzing sales performance, pipeline forecasting, and optimizing strategies;
* Strong knowledge of sales methodologies such as Solution Selling, MEDPICC, or other results-driven approaches in SaaS;
* Fluent Portuguese and advanced intermediate English; ability to sell in Spanish would be a huge plus.
* At least 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales in Brazil, with 3+ years managing a team.
* Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls), delivering engaging presentations
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, networking skills
