Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Advertising or related fields, or equivalent experience.Technical Knowledge: Web analytics, digital marketing, digital media.Skills: Organization; excellent verbal and written communication; time management skills; attention to detail; ability to use data to make business recommendations and evaluate results; ability to proactively solve problems and develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions.Language Proficiency: Advanced Portuguese and English, Intermediate Spanish.Experience: 1 to 2 years data strategy, marketing, advertising, working closely with agencies and partners.Software and Tools Knowledge: Adobe or Google Analytics, MS Office.Conduct web analytics analyses and transform insights into business recommendations and opportunities (improvements, A/B testing, personalization, CRO).Monitor and report campaign media results in collaboration with agencies and analyze how these results affect user behavior/navigation within the platforms.Responsible for ensuring data quality within strict protocols.Monitor and suggest improvements for web analytics tagging on the clients websites.Partner with Test & Learn (Adobe Target and Audience) and adjacent teams to accomplish objectives based on global KPIs.
