**WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO**:
**AMONG OTHER THINGS, YOU WILL**:
- Recruit, manage, and maintain referral sales partners.
- Be the interface between external partners and internal teams.
- Provide holistic support to sales partners, from acquisition to ongoing support in achieving targets.
- Further develop existing partners and customer relationships.
- Implement cross-country best practice approaches.
- Report results directly to the Head of Sales
- Manage administrative tasks such as appointment coordination, correspondence, and documentation.
- Be responsible for information management, editorial work, and preparation of relevant documents.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- You have experience in international B2B partner sales.
Industry experience in IT, construction, or real estate is a plus.
- You have excellent spoken and written Portuguese and English skills (requirement).
- You are very comfortable working with technical equipment and quickly pick up new software.
- You have pleasure in customer contact and a strong customer orientation.
- You are a team player, sociable, sales-oriented, and inter-culturally proficient.
- You enjoy traveling for work.
- You enjoy solving problems and supporting your clients.
