Job Description:
We are looking for an SAP SD Product Senior Analyst with S4 knowledge to join as a Mars Associate to support our retail strategy in our recently formed team.
This Mars Associate will help identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirements gathering, and define scope and objectives for SAP S4 improvements.
This Associate will coordinate the support demands with our third-party vendor, which is in charge of L1, L2, and L3 support.
It is also expected that this Mars Associate will join the S4 retail project activities to guarantee a smooth transition from project to operations.
What are we looking for?SAP SD S4 IT Background
Strong SAP SD Technical knowledge (3-5 years), preferably in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
Experience in the SAP SD retail business area is a plus.
Understanding of the business operations processes.
ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, Scrum certifications are a plus.
Proven leadership and influencing experience with key stakeholders.
Fluency in English is a must.
What will be your key responsibilities?Manage the demand with the business (CIPs, projects, major incidents, special requests), including addressing escalation of incidents/requests/problems/demands from the business.
Involvement in transformational programs/projects to provide functional and technical expertise, collaborating from design to go-live of products, including Service Introduction role when needed.
Service management with 3rd Party vendors based on operational excellence, with overall accountability for service metrics (SLAs, Availability, performance, etc.).
Development management with 3rd Party vendors based on development excellence, with overall accountability for development metrics.
Strong collaboration with the business to translate business functional requirements into practical IT solution specifications, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Manage and execute technical design, development, and configuration activities for products and services on SAP SD S4.
Identify and develop automation opportunities across business processes and internal processes.
Identify, propose, and develop improvements for products and services as part of the Problem Management process.
Document solutions developed according to the defined rules to ensure global supportability.
Participate and collaborate in a Community of Practices related to functional and technical areas.
Assist with change management activities, including releases and production slots.
Demonstrate a hands-on and "can do" attitude.
Work as part of a high-performance team to deliver end-to-end solutions for all demands from customers and the business.
Maintain a proactive mindset to propose and seek opportunities for internal and business improvements.
