ROLE: Junior Community Manager
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE
We're partnering with one of the world's leading organizations to bring on a dedicated Junior Community Manager. In this role, you'll foster and build a vibrant social community through platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, Foursquare, and Tumblr, providing the strategic direction and engagement required to enhance consumer interaction. You’ll be the key communicator on community status, engagement, and challenges, working closely with internal stakeholders and external audiences.
Required:
1. Build, grow, and manage active and engaged online communities.
2. Monitor conversations and post content across multiple social media platforms.
3. Act as a brand guardian, adopting and using the brand's voice in all communications to ensure faithfulness to the client’s brand guidelines.
4. Identify trending topics and potential influencers to drive community discussions and engagement.
5. Review, respond to, and moderate customer posts and messages across social channels.
6. Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful community outcomes.
7. Identify and track relevant community data metrics while championing creativity and providing excellent customer experiences.
8. Act as the primary contact during the community lifecycle, maintaining clear communication on strategies and initiatives.
9. Review content, manage social media channels, and integrate new technologies and engagement tools.
10. Demonstrate an interest in AI and a willingness to learn and incorporate AI tools to enhance community engagement and management.
11. Fluent in English. Fluency in Spanish is desired.
Desired Experience:
* Demonstrated success in community engagement and audience interaction.
* Practical know-how of managing social media channels with their intricacies.
* Experience using analytical tools for data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
* Understanding of creative workflows and social media production processes.
* Enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and their applications in enhancing social interactions. Comprehensive AI tools training will be provided.
* Experience in consumer goods, luxury, or drinks & beverages sectors preferred.
