Our client, a sports gaming house is looking for an IT Junior Support, where his role will be: Key Responsibilities: Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Providing technical support across the company. Setting up accounts for new users. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary. Keep updated the asset management system and hardware inventory. Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues. Coordinates the purchase and deployment of new computer hardware. Qualification Requirements: Degree in relevant Technology field. 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position.
