**Position Description**:

As an industry-leading cloud expert, thought leader, problem solver, and innovator in the Technology & Data organization, reporting to the LATAM Technology Services Lead, this role acts as a service delivery manager driving forward the Consumer Health cloud strategy. This role will be activating critical cloud-based capabilities at the edge of the organization that supports technology services within the region and power the digital agenda for the company, driving agility, reliability, speed, and growth.
This role is responsible for aligning global cloud strategies to regional technology ecosystems. As the single point of contact for LATAM cloud services, this role leverages in-depth knowledge of regional regulatory requirements and demand to configure an optimized portfolio of cloud services. This role is uniquely positioned to interface with external service providers, cloud vendors, business counterparts, and IT leadership to deliver cloud-based capabilities to the business & IT within the region. This role is instrumental in driving optimal cloud service levels and leading-edge delivery quality against essential KPIs and performance objectives.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Manage E2E delivery and execution of cloud & hosting services within the region (cloud operations, SaaS enablement, hosting & provisioning, on-prem infrastructure management, etc.)
- Understand the demand for cloud & hosting services within the region
- Collaborate with global cloud & hosting lead to configure and design services that are compliant with regulatory requirements within the region
- Activate global cloud & hosting initiatives within the region in alignment with the global cloud strategy
- Interface with regional business partners and IT leadership acting as the single point of contact for regional cloud service delivery
- Drive the development and maintenance of regional disaster recovery plans that enable business continuity during incidents and outages
- Support evaluation of cloud vendor performance and define/manage SLAs for cloud providers within the region to maintain the proper level of service quality
- Build and maintain relationships with key cloud vendors in the region
- Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, or escalations related to cloud service delivery within the region
- Provide effective communication and change management for senior business stakeholders through planned service changes or disruptions within the region
- Manage, track, and report financials and cost of regional cloud services
**Qualifications** Qualifications - Required**:
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience and understanding of cloud service delivery and hosting
- Strong understanding of cloud service, cloud operations, cloud engineering, SaaS enablement, hosting and provisioning, database services, and disaster recovery
- Technical understanding of requirements of deploying in a multi-cloud environment (AWS, Azure, and GCP preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for cloud service delivery and the vendor landscape within the region
- Technical proficiency in selecting and deploying fit-to-purpos
