**Products**:
Currently, the company is developing four main products:
- **Poks Platform**:
- an international poker club platform for hobby players. The first mobile poker app guarantees game security and offers an opportunity to choose opponents.
- **Liga Particular** - the super union for the Brazilian poker clubs with a unique "good game" vibe, the online platform where local clubs can gather at any time.
- **Poks Live** - service for arranging offline games. Games can be organized at home, in a luxury villa, in a private club, or on any site comfortable for the company of players. We provide everything required: table, chips, professional dealer and coach, catering, DJ and masseursThe customer pays the fee and chooses the opponents. Application of professional services for outhome hobbies is in perspective.
- **Poks Show** - YouTube media project aiming to promote poker as a skill game with the involvement of famous Brazilians.
**Team and offices**:
Currently, the company employs 60 specialists from Brazil, Europe, Russia and Ukraine. Our hubs (office infrastructure) are located in São Paulo and Novosibirsk, while most staff work remotely.
We are in search of an expert to take a lead in attracting and retaining customers (hobby poker players) of the new commercial subdivision who will work with the teams within all 4 of our projects all over the world from the headquarter in São Paulo.
The main challenge here is that we do not simply sell poker to hobby players, but we also build up a new market through our products. At present, there is no single company which focuses on hobby poker players and the demand for such games has not been formed yet.
**Main responsibilities**:
- To generate and collect new customer acquisition strategies and ideas
- To test the ideas to prove their efficiency. During the following 6 months, we will definitely work in the test & learn mode, so it is important to do a lot of tests to develop a pool of solutions (by channels, tools, and offers). Later these solutions will be deepened in their effectiveness and scope.
- Search and hire staff members or outsource workers. To manage their productivity, push them, bond with them, and monitor and control the results.
- Travel as needed to meet clients and potential partners within Brazil
**Experience Requirements**:
- **5 to 8 years of expertise in performing similar tasks in the gaming industry (gambling and game dev), and **experience in poker will be an advantage
- **Open-mindedness and ability to select and replace client and **partner **acquisition tools**. The expert is not supposed to possess all lead generation tools. It is required not to be tied just to one tool or channel, treating targeting, for example, as only one of the many possible tools
- **Readiness to roll up sleeves** while delivering brand new products to the Brazilian market
- **Readiness to experiment **not only for implementing creative ideas but also for finding better ways of increasing the customer base. Goal-oriented and self-motivated person.
- Extensive experience in the gaming industry and overseas work experience (outside the native culture)
- **Fluent English **(Portuguese would be a great advantage)
- **Readiness to relocate to São Paulo **for at least 1 year
