Role Description
We are seeking an independent Sales Executive based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, to join our team full-time to cover the Brazilian market.
Main Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, consolidators and tour operators to promote ticket sales and services.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Utilize CRM tool to document sales activity, and maintain an updated client and prospect database.
* Conduct presentations, product demonstrations and training sessions to familiarize clients with airline offerings and booking tools.
* Negotiate contracts, agreements, and incentive programs with travel partners to maximize mutual benefits.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and provide market insights internally.
* Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales Support, revenue management and marketing, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
* Represent the airline at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
* Stay updated on airline products, policies, and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Qualifications
* Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills.
* Experience in developing sales strategies and meeting sales targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Proficiency in CRM software.
* Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish a plus, but not required.
* Experience in the airline industry is a plus, but not required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to enhance productivity, reporting, and data analysis.
* Sabre or other GDS experience is a plus, but not required.
