Job Description:
We are seeking a highly strategic and motivated IT Service Delivery Specialist to drive business growth and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and negotiations: prepare proposals, conduct meetings, draft contracts, and close deals
* Research industry trends and potential markets for new business opportunities
* Identify, qualify, and manage leads from inbound and outbound channels
* Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and build solutions
* Track and report on personal KPIs in a timely and accurate manner
* Collaborate with the team on long-term tasks and objectives
* Coordinate efforts with the leadership team to identify and implement new business opportunities
* Analyse feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement or product offerings
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in B2B environments, ideally in tech industry
* Experience in closing deals
* Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
* Fluent in English (C1-C2 level)
* Strong understanding of market research and data analysis techniques
* Familiarity with CRM systems and AI-driven solutions
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Discipline and ability to plan and perform tasks in a timely manner
