You will play a critical role in the Brazil Learning team supporting change & development within the organization and ensuring all training interventions represent best practice and are industry-leading.Key Job ResponsibilitiesHelping our sites through high quality and up-to-date trainings on any processes, tools, or equipment needed.Assisting with the development and implementation of a standardized learning & development strategy at the country level.Creating course evaluations and surveys and recommending ideas for continuous improvement.Collaborating with central functions and other subject matter experts to develop course material.Managing a team of Learning Coordinators in the country.Maintaining safety and compliance training, ensuring targeted safety metrics are achieved or exceeded.Managing the learning area to establish benchmark standards, auditing, and implementing actions to sustain and improve department performance.Setting and communicating goals and objectives across multiple teams including Finance, Operations, Support, and Business Partners.Contributing to the operational strategy, including both financial and learning inputs/outputs.Using available data and tools to analyze and construct strategic plans which maintain and/or improve performance.There is a requirement for national travel within this role up to 50% of the time.A Day in the LifeThe Learning Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the learning organization within the Transportation Network including, but not limited to, associate and manager onboarding/training and compliance with policies, procedures, and standards. Manages a team of Learning Coordinators across different Transportation Business Lines: AMZL and ATS (First Mile, Middle Mile, and Sort Centers). Supports site launches, training plan preparations, data/metrics analysis, and change management to continue improving the learning experience. The Learning Leader must ensure the work of the team is aligned to meet internal customer needs by partnering with operations, building support teams, Senior Leadership, and external customers such as ACES, PXT Field Team, and Business Partners.This role will be based in São Paulo, taking care of all transportation sites across the country.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree.Highly experienced in data analysis, change management, team building, and leading with and without authority.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Portuguese and English.Experienced in training or project deployment in fast-paced manufacturing environments.Experienced as a trainer, learning content creator, or instructional designer.Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools.Experience in document writing is required.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMaster’s Degree in a relevant discipline.Experienced in designing E-Learning content.Experience in managing an operation, leading process improvements through Lean process, Kaizen, and Six Sigma principles.Experience working in the Logistics Industry for e-Commerce.Resume that shows steady progression in Training/Learning Management for the last years.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
