**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and manage internal IT infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems, and server products.
- Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on network and computer systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to the network, hardware, and servers to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of workstations.
- Provide IT support to employees across departments, addressing queries and technical challenges.
- Create and maintain IT procedures and documentation, ensuring they are up to date.
- Collaborate with third-party contractors for system support and operational infrastructure maintenance.
- Coordinate with suppliers for additional support and routine maintenance needs.
**Requirements**:
- ** Education**: Completion of post-secondary education or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, MS Entra, MS Azure, and MS Intune.
- Experience with Windows Servers, Google Workspace, and Linux systems.
- Familiarity with managing domain redirection, DNS records, and current web/mobile developments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills in a multi-language work environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders both locally and remotely.
- Flexibility to work varying hours and take initiative independently.
