About the role: We are seeking a Business Development Manager for the B2B Channel who will be responsible for the sales and growth of TP-Link's corporate solutions in the Venezuelan territory.
Responsibilities:
* Technical Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert technical consultation and guidance on TP-Link's networking products and solutions, including routers, switches, access points, and security devices.
* Relationship with clients: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients in the region of Colombia.
* Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities within the B2B market and drive sales growth.
* Account Planning: Maximize the value of long-term relationships through a structured approach to identifying opportunities, aligning solutions with customer needs, and planning specifics to strengthen the account.
* Solution Selling: Identify customer pain points and business challenges and propose comprehensive networking solutions that address their specific needs and objectives, leveraging TP-Link's product portfolio and capabilities.
* Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to support the sales process, including technical presentations, product demonstrations, solution architecture design, and proposal development, to help close deals and achieve revenue targets.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and technical documentation, and provide regular reports to the management team on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar disciplines.
* Postgraduate studies in Sales, Business Administration or similar is a plus.
* At least 5 years' experience developing sales in a corporate channel for technology, telecommunications and/or networking companies.
* Outstanding negotiation skills.
* Availability to work 100% on-site and to travel frequently within the national territory.
* Fluency in English is a must.
