Job Purpose: Not limited to but including:
- Manage the teams of local Data Collectors who gather our data directly from the venue, or at home in your Region
- Support other countries in the region and other areas if needed
- Deliver and implement consistent training and recruitment procedures that maintain a high-quality Scout and Correspondent network
- Ensure 100% delivery of agreed games and events through the local Scout network in your region
- Ensure our operational coverage targets are met and delivered within budget
- Undertake projects and test software
- Establish and maintain close communication with the relevant stakeholders
WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?
As Country Operations Specialist you are responsible for leading a team of Data Collectors in Field Operations.
Your main task is to deliver and implement consistent training and recruitment procedures that maintain a high-quality Scout and Correspondent network.
Additionally, you will ensure we have local strategies in place to manage risk, integrity, Scout and Correspondent wellbeing and a joined-up approach to official stadium access. Next to that, you will manage all communication to the team of Data Collectors ensuring they are fully aware of changes in procedures, processes, coverage and the overall purpose of Data Operations. Lastly, you will regularly review the operational structure to efficiently collect the required content and continuously launch initiatives to meet KPIs and improve the performance of the network.
