**Job overview**:As a sales assistant, to work closely and provide support to the sales team while ensuring to provide professional and excellent customer services and support the overall sales process.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for communicating and coordinating with other sales colleagues in the company to work and reach requirements of clients.
- Monitor and control the client's order until it is delivered.
It is necessary to always be attentive to keep an eye on the progress of their order.
- Provide a service quotation when some type of service is requested by the clients.
- Search, collect and support data work for sales department including creating necessary presentation reports to support other sales colleagues and teams.
- Support and work closely with the account manager in planning of sales processes and sales management.
- Responsible for sales support jobs when it is necessarily required from time to time.
- **Required qualifications and skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
- Have 1 or 2 years of experience in sales.
**-**Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Able to do market research and understand the market need.
**-**Proficiency in English includes speaking, writing, and reading.
Other languages, like Chinese, might be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Have strong organizational skills, be confident, and be a good listener.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
