Key Responsibilities
* Ensure our systems and infrastructure operate efficiently and securely.
* Support and lead the implementation of new clients and systems.
* Give support and perform system configurations, including Warehouse Management System (WMS) Level 1 and 2 configurations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
* Identify areas for continuous improvement to increase efficiency, security, and compliance.
* Proficiency in programming and ability to work within a technical support team.
* Work within a technical support team to resolve issues and provide support to users.
Your Profile
* Students (final semester) or graduates with a bachelor’s degree in IT, Systems Engineering, or similar.
* Around 2-4 years of experience.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to quickly acquire new skills and adapt to new systems or software.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
* Ability to approach situations with empathy, tact, and discretion.
* Emotional intelligence and diplomacy in interactions with others.
* Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
* Individual with strong work ethic.
