**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and support scheduling.
- Prepare bank deposits and ensure timely bank submissions.
- Conduct regular ledger and reconciliations.
- Monitor and reconcile all financial transactions.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial information.
- Collaborate with other departments and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist in tax preparation and filing activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and document business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and current best practices.
- Assist with other accounting projects as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- 1+ of proven experience as an accountant.
- Proficient in accounting software ((mention specific software if needed)).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
Pay: R$5,000.00 - R$7,800.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Campinas - SP 13025-320: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
