Grouper Medical Manager - Obesity

**The position**
- This professional will be responsible for leading Obesity its pipeline, guiding the medical managers so they are able to deliver scientific activities across all focus areas, and also for leading the Strategic Operations service, being accountable for managing budget and assuring compliance and quality in all these areas. The work location for this position is São Paulo, SP.**Other responsibilities include**:
- Lead the creation and execution of local medical plans aligned with Global Medical Affairs, ensuring launch excellence and pre-launch activities.
- Develop and deliver internal training for marketing, sales, and public affairs teams, providing strategic input on promotional materials and local adjustments.
- Disseminate scientific messages to HCPs through medical education programmes and support proactive medical information exchange with physicians.
- Identify and engage KOLs, develop Individual Engagement Plans (IEPs), and maintain communication through advisory boards and national associations.
- Develop and implement affiliate publication plans, establishing Local Publication Planning Groups and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures.
- Provide proactive medical support for new business opportunities, collaborating with BUs on strategic objectives and ensuring alignment with medical strategy.
**Qualifications**
- You hold a Medical University Degree.
- This person is expected to have fluent English (spoken and written).
- We would like to see someone with experience in Medical Affairs in pharmaceutical industry. Focus on Obesity will be considered as a plus.
- It will be good If this professional shows strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with regional and global teams, excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Previous experience in managing budgets and ensuring compliance and quality can make a difference.
