Job Purpose:
To spearhead the development of the Energy Management division and drive market analysis procedures, providing valuable insights and strategic input for commercial expansion. Additionally, to stay at the forefront of driving market awareness throughout various aspects of the business, thereby generating a steady stream of high-quality information that enhances energy negotiation profitability.
Accountability/Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and Drive Commercialization Strategies: Develop and execute strategies aimed at optimizing commercial opportunities and minimizing risks.
* Market Leadership: Lead marketing initiatives to identify and capitalize on market opportunities while mitigating potential risks.
* Tech Knowledge Development: Foster technical expertise within the team in Brazil, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
* Customer Experience Improvement: Analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance overall service quality.
* Quality Enhancement: Develop and lead quality improvement strategies to deliver exceptional products and services to the market.
* Annual Optimization: Identify and execute annual optimization strategies to maximize commercial benefits.
* Leveraging Leadership Skills: Demonstrate leadership abilities, remaining confident when engaging with the company's board of directors.
Candidate Profile:
* Degree in Engineering: Possess a degree in an engineering discipline.
* CCEE Rules (Desirable): Familiarity with CCEE rules is highly desirable.
* Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams within the Energy Management sector.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
* Brazilian Electrical Sector Knowledge (Desirable): Knowledge of the Brazilian electrical sector is highly desirable.
