JOB TITLE: Data Driven Marketing Manager
Scope: Brazil (all business units)
Main Responsibilities- The DDM/PRM Manager will have the privilege and responsibility of setting the data acquisition strategy for all business units in Brazil, identifying new and innovative ways to drive growth, whilst embedding its data capability into the business.- Provide leadership to the Brazil in the development and delivery of strategic DDM agenda and projects, ensuring industry-leading use of digital analytics merging online & offline data to identify growth opportunities for the business.- This person will be responsible for the smooth management of all BR DDM projects interfacing with all BU stakeholders to leverage digital data from our consumers to drive customization and personalization at scale, across key digital touchpoints and channels for Unilever.- Consequently, this person will manage the whole process - from understanding business questions, decide which is the best analytical data approach to ensure the focus is on the 'right' priorities which will drive data value for Unilever & our customers and consumers.
Will also lead the relationship with agency ( matterkind) and ADOBE and will also be the UL contact for data acquisition amongst digital partners.- She/He needs to understand the strategic priorities of the business, and how this can align with and delivered using the proprietary analytical & digital marketing capabilities.
She/He will manage a multi-disciplinary team of analytics and digital specialists and inspire their team to continuously deliver best-in-class & industry leading digital work.- As a part of this role, this individual will need to be highly collaborative, and work closely with all parts of Marketing and others to collectively drive transformational change in how we leverage our digital capabilities across the business.
Will also Work collaboratively with our global network of DDM to leverage best practices in Brazil and Latam.- Provide leadership of the Brazilian People Relationship Management program, working closely with Hub leaders, ensuring the consistent & quality acquisition and use of consumer data across 1st Party Owned Data, 2nd Party Data Partnerships, and 3rd Party Data Vendors.

A clear demonstration of a "founder's mindset", ideally with some experience of creating something from scratch with little direction.- Proven record of:
- analyzing and synthesizing data and information from different sources;
- inspiring and provoking a team to think differently about business issues;- Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem (including social media, search, eCommerce, and marketing technology) and measurement skills.- Experience leading teams & motivating individuals - Demonstrated ability to build and lead a cross-functional and diverse team, representing a balanced mix of perspectives and skills- Proven project management skills, with experience delivering difficult and complex projects involving multiple teams- Strong stakeholder management skills at a senior level, and an ability to flex communication styles as needed - Experience of "storytelling" in a corporate context, and crafting clear, compelling messaging- Experience in an analytical role and providing insights and recommendation based on analysis - a willingness to challenge the business to help them get the most valuable insight- Confident doing things differently and ability to face challenges head-on in times of uncertainty, with a collaborative approach- Key SOL behaviors: Consumer Love, Business Acumen, Agility and Passion for High performance.- Passionate to go beyond the obvious- Able to adjust quickly in a fast-paced and changing environment.- English mandatory, Spanish ideal.
