Responsibilities
* Lead the strategic planning and execution of sales programs, customer relations, and channel development in the Brazilian market, ensuring maximum market coverage and penetration.
* Drive business growth by identifying and developing new customers, distributors, and channel partners, with a strong focus on eTailer platforms such as Amazon Brazil, Kabum, Pichau, Terabyte
* Cultivate and manage key customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
* Analyze market trends, conduct cost and price assessments, and develop competitive strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
* Sellers training programs to enhance team capabilities.
* Prepare and present accurate, timely reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
* Align strategies with market demands, focusing on immersive products and advanced systems to meet customer needs and drive innovation.
Qualifications
* 3 or more experience in sales, preferably in sales management or related roles.
* Spoken and written English, Portuguese
* Proficient in market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and leveraging data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
* Advanced Office.
