Job Title: Platform Support Engineer II
The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer support cases concerning the entire Guidewire cloud platform. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to and resolve customer support cases in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to complex technical issues.
* Analyze and troubleshoot system performance issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system functionality.
* Develop and maintain knowledge of Guidewire's cloud platform, including its features and functionalities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
