Your Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative, based in Argentina, to join our expanding team. This remote, full-time role focuses on engaging with potential clients worldwide both before and after their initial consultations with our US attorneys. You will play a crucial role in guiding these professionals, often with advanced degrees, through the process of securing our expert US immigration services.
What You’ll Do:
* Client Engagement: Conduct professional and persuasive interactions with potential clients via phone, Zoom, and WhatsApp, building trust and rapport.
* Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service that reflects Colombo & Hurd's commitment to client satisfaction and establishes us as a trusted authority.
* Knowledge: Collaborate with our Attorneys and Administrative Staff to gain a comprehensive understanding of our US immigration services and effectively communicate their value.
* Communication Mastery: Demonstrate flawless verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
* Performance Accountability: Achieve agreed sales, productivity, and performance targets within specified timeframes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Language Proficiency: 100% fluency in both English and Spanish is absolutely essential.
* Sales Experience: A proven track record of success in sales, ideally with experience interacting with high-level professionals.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
* Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using virtual communication tools like Zoom and WhatsApp.
* Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
