The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud.

What will be your mission?Ensure the sustainable growth of our network of partner drivers responsible for collecting goods from our sellers.
Job Description:What will your day look like?
Responsible for conceiving, creating, and implementing innovative strategies for recruiting partner drivers;
Identify, recruit, and hire qualified aggregated drivers, focusing on service quality and meeting the company's logistical needs;
Ensure that aggregated drivers receive necessary training on operational procedures, traffic safety, financial procedures, and the use of company tools and systems;
Ensure that drivers comply with legal regulations, safety standards, and Shopee's internal policies, minimizing risks and accidents;
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goal achievement and identify areas for improvement;
Develop and track action and recovery plans, applying problem-solving methodologies such as PDCA, Six Sigma, etc.;
Build daily/weekly/monthly managerial presentations for leadership in English and Portuguese;
Be attentive to the needs of a very dynamic company, capable of conducting various analyses in a short period;
Supervise teams, providing guidance, training, and continuous feedback.
Requirements:What you need to take on the challenge:
Completed higher education preferably in Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
Advanced Excel skills;
Experience in Transport Management;
Experience in Recruiting Aggregated Drivers.
