About the Position As a Legal Proceedings Support Intern, you will play a key role in assisting legal professionals with court proceedings, administrative processes, and case follow-ups. This position provides hands-on experience in legal document handling, research, and support for external diligences. Your mission is to accompany legal diligences, manage procedural documentation, and ensure efficient legal case tracking. Your Day-to-Day Your daily tasks will focus on: Accompanying legal diligences, supporting attorneys in court visits, hearings, and administrative procedures. Managing legal documents and filings, ensuring correct handling, submission, and organization of case materials. Monitoring case progress and deadlines, keeping legal teams informed of procedural developments. Conducting legal research, gathering jurisprudence and relevant regulations for case preparation. Interfacing with public offices and legal institutions, assisting in document requests and case updates. Providing administrative support, such as organizing reports, updating case management systems, and scheduling legal appointments. The Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate for this position has: Currently enrolled in a Law Degree Program, between the 5th and penultimate semester.
