With a diversity of people, global locations, technologies and products, 3M is a place where you can collaborate with curious, creative 3Mers.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Digital Experience Specialist supporting our Consumer Business Group in Latin America, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by:Leading the optimization of end user customer experience to build brand loyalty and advocacy while monitoring and meeting KPIs such as conversion and consumption.Providing brand site Information Architecture (IA) and User Experience (UX) development from strategy to creation and execution for priority area marketing activities, portfolios, and countries.Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting customer interaction data, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities, requirements and information useful in optimizing user experience.Leading the last mile of the customer journey (campaign integration): product pages, landing pages, link tagging/performance, Where to Buy strategy & optimization, etc.Providing a vision of SEO as a valuable strategy in the short-medium-long term, both for the creation of strategic semantic content (responding to market demands and users' ways of searching) and making technical adjustments and web implementations that favor positioning.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.2 years of experience in information architecture (AI), User Experience, Web Strategy or equivalent.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Data analysis experience and ability to self-serve required data to inform strategy and prioritized optimizations.
Understanding of how on-page engagement data informs UX optimizations.Experience working with brand guidelines and templates.Experience working with product content/catalogs and eCommerce experiences/teams to drive eComm and syndication strategies.Practical experience in User Experience best practices and tool(s) such as Axure, Figma or equivalent; ability to adapt to a new program.Strong attention to detail for testing experiences and problem-solving skills.Experience working with web development teams to execute optimization strategies from inception through to publish and ongoing improvements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen ability to ask the right questions.Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
