This is a contract remote role for a Lead Community Manager at Gravity Interactive, Inc. The Lead Community Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day community engagement activities, fostering relationships with players, moderating online forums, developing community initiatives, and analyzing community feedback for continuous improvement.Duties and Responsibilities:
Engage with the player base through social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Forums setting, Reddit, Discord)
Assist with and set up livestream events to engage with the community and promote new content
Work with other Community Managers and Producers to create exciting events both in game and on social media
Monitor community sentiment and analytics,gather and relay player feedback to producers and/or development teams
Assemble and post patch notes, updates and other important announcements to website and social media platforms
Prepare weekly reports regarding the status of the community and official social media platforms for games
Going in game to grab screenshots and video footage when necessary for social media posts and to help with reports to the production teamSkills and Requirements:
Experience with building communities through social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord and Twitch
Good communication skills, comfortable engaging with production, customer service and community teams as well with our game community
Enjoy video games and general knowledge of PC and mobile video games
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
General knowledge of livestreaming, and comfortable being on livestream and engaging with the community on a streaming platform such as Twitch
Ability to deal with new issues as they may arise and report quickly to the production team with feedback from the community
Ability to multi-task on multiple products
Detail oriented when posting to social media and website for official announcements
Experience working with html and Adobe programs
Positive and professional attitude
Fluent Brazilian Portuguese
Live in Brazil
Advanced English reading and writing skills
Korean language skill is a plus
International travel may be required
