We are currently seeking a talented User Acquisition Lead to lead our mobile marketing initiatives and drive user growth for our portfolio of social gaming apps for our clients.
As the User Acquisition Lead, you will play a critical role in expanding our player base and maximizing the reach of our clients' games through effective user acquisition strategies. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to optimize campaigns, drive installs, and improve user retention. This role requires expertise in digital marketing platforms and performance analytics.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive app installs and engagement.
2. Manage and optimize app traffic campaigns across social media platforms, ad networks, and other digital channels, with a focus on acquiring high-quality users at scale.
3. Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, including cohort analysis, LTV analysis, and ROI analysis, to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
4. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging that resonate with our target audience of gamers.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
6. Work closely with internal stakeholders to define KPIs, track performance metrics, and report on the effectiveness of user acquisition efforts.
7. Experiment with new acquisition channels and tactics to continuously improve campaign performance and drive user growth.
8. Collaborate with product, ASO and CRO teams to increase conversion and improve relevant KPIs.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 5+ years experience in digital marketing, with a focus on user acquisition for mobile apps, preferably within the social gaming/gaming/gambling industry.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing app traffic campaigns and driving significant user growth for gaming apps.
4. Deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including player behavior, and industry trends.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
6. Experience with digital marketing platforms such as IronSource, Unity Ads, Applovin and other ad networks commonly used in the gaming industry.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
9. Experience with mobile analytics tools such as Appsflyer and similar platforms is a must.
