We are on the lookout for the next awesome sales-infused person to join our HKR team as an
Outreach Manager, working for one of our US-based partners. The company is called TeePublic, an online marketplace for independent artists to showcase and sell their custom designs on a wide variety of products, including t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, stickers, phone cases, and more. It connects creators with customers looking for unique, high-quality, and artist-driven merchandise.

What you'll be doing?
Reach out and engage worldwide content creators to establish a partnership.
In this role you'll reach out to 200-300 new potential clients each week. You'll challenge objections, pitch interested clients and will have a goal for how many new clients to bring on each month. A great candidate is highly organized, is up for a challenge, and likes working in a fast-moving environment.
Collaborate closely with the affiliate outreach team to ensure smooth handoffs and successful onboarding of new accounts.
Pitch predefined and custom tactics to accounts, using data-driven insights to tailor your approach and secure buy-in.
Set clear expectations with accounts about promotional activities and follow up to ensure successful execution.
Send monthly site-wide sale notifications and secure necessary assets for accounts to effectively implement tactics.
Reassign potential accounts that didn't meet key thresholds and maintain accurate client interaction records in Salesforce.
Conduct quarterly reviews to analyze account performance, gather feedback, and identify successful strategies.
Test and learn from new tactics, providing thoughtful recommendations for improving the success rate of promotional activities.
About you
You're driven by data and performance metrics, always looking for ways to optimize and improve results.
You've got experience in account management, sales, or affiliate marketing - preferred, but not mandatory.
Your English communication skills are exceptional (C1 level), both written and spoken.
You're confident and comfortable with making calls to prospects and partners, and you can easily adapt to different communication styles.
You're proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce and Google Spreadsheets, or you're quick and willing to learn them.
You're passionate about learning and growth, always eager to bring your creativity to enhance processes and strategies.
