About the role
Our Finishing Production team, composed of over 100 people, is integrated into the industrial department and focused on the production of synthetic textured polyamide yarns at GBU Coatis.
As a Textile Engineer, you will work on industrial performance, quality, and safety improvement projects. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of industrial competitiveness at the Santo André site and have a positive impact on the results of Global Business Unit (GBS) Coatis.
You will be accountable for:
Coordinating and executing studies and projects to improve quality, productivity, and safety.
Participating in and leading the management and evolution of the area's efficiency indicators.
Participating in and contributing to the transformation and creation of the site digital culture.
Participating in and contributing to the cultural transformation of the Santo André site.
We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode.
About you
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Textile Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial processes.
Competencies:
Experience in digital tools, team leadership, project coordination, experience of dyeing Polyamide is a plus.
Fluent English.
Green or Black belt (plus).
Behaviors:
Strong sense of collaboration, good communication, customer and results orientation.
Experience in environments with cultural/organizational change.
Ambition to assume a leadership position in the medium term (2 to 4 years).
About the pay and benefits
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Brazil base pay reasonably expected for this role is R$132.000 to R$165.000, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
