* Sold experience in community business driven by referrals, ideally in the medical community/the aesthetic/cosmetic field is a plus.
* Proficient in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
* Strong problem-solving skills and able to overcome objections.
* A can-do attitude, highly organized, and evidence of a strong work ethic - going beyond “NO’s”.
* Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to maintain successful relationships in sales.

* Fluent in both spoken and written English and at least B1 Level Brazilian Portuguese.

About the role:
As an ambitious Junior Account Executive that will join our Remote North America/Brazilian sales team, you will have diverse sales expertise and experience in a creative environment.
Your goal as a Junior Account Executive will be to first research and prospect new leads, which you will then convert into appointments with doctors, and then into sales deals by running discovery & demo calls.
Responsibilities:
* Outbound calling and emailing potential clients to inform them about our services and set up appointments, which are then logged in our CRM.
* Responding to inbound communication with the same target as outbound.
* Running discovery & demo calls with prospects that you have arranged.
* Validating prospects' needs and problems and outlining the best possible solution that we can offer.
* Converting discovery and demo calls into sales.
* Constantly striving to improve the customer experience and your own knowledge of the product and how to convert prospects into sales effectively.
* Being involved in the whole customer journey and working closely with the Customer Success team throughout the process, and continuing to build that relationship long after the onboarding process is complete.
