Food & Beverage Manager
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for daily management and results, including delivering the F&B strategy, revenue generation, cost control, staff development, quality control, daily cash reconciliation, health and safety standards, event execution, and ensuring F&B operations are profitable.
Venue Profitability:
* Manage the venue’s P&L
* Handle purchase orders, negotiate rates with suppliers, contractors, and vendors
* Manage the venue’s software systems
* Regularly analyze menus and pricing to ensure alignment with the brand
* Collaborate with other departments (Rooms, Sales, Experience, Marketing, etc.)
Venue Operations:
* Recruit, onboard, and train all venue staff
* Ensure a high level of customer service is achieved
* Welcome guests and provide support with complaints and inquiries
* Maintain cleanliness and comply with all industry and company protocols
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
* Complete reports and analyses, and attend regular meetings
* Manage all maintenance protocols (preventive and repairs)
Venue Events:
* Curate and execute an events calendar
* Take full responsibility for the successful operational execution of events
* Support scheduled DJs and artists at the location
* Decorate the venue according to brand-approved concepts
* Ensure the Sales, Marketing, and Social Media teams are aware of all F&B activations throughout the year
* Identify and manage brand partnerships and influencer collaborations to enhance the venue
What You Need:
* Full proficiency in English and the local language
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Previous experience as a department manager (<3 years)
* Prior experience in inventory management
* Experience in menu creation and cost calculation
* Previous experience in cash reconciliation
* Good understanding of financial statements (P&L)
* Event planning and management experience
* Established network of local suppliers and vendors
