Objective:
Responsible for creating holistic, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences that meet user needs and expectations. To create products and services that fulfill user needs, providing a positive, functional experience aligned with business goals. The main mission is to understand user needs, behaviors, and expectations to design solutions that ensure intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable interactions with digital products and systems.
Responsibilities:
Research and understand user needs, desires, and behaviors using research methods such as interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
Apply techniques like Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Lean Inception, and Service Blueprint, among other design tools, facilitating workshops and collaborative activities.
Create personas, which are fictional profiles based on real user data, to represent different demographic and behavioral groups.
Map and create visual artifacts of the user experience in different scenarios using necessary design tools (e.g., user journey, flow, etc.).
Organize the information and functionality architecture of the product logically and intuitively to facilitate user navigation.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to translate concepts and ideas into concrete design solutions.
Collaborate with other team members, such as interface designers, developers, and content specialists, to ensure integration between user experience and visual design.
Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure the correct and effective implementation of design solutions.

Conduct usability tests and interface evaluations, collecting user feedback and making iterative adjustments to improve the experience.

Align design decisions with business goals and objectives, ensuring that the user experience is in harmony with the strategy.
Stay updated on user experience design trends and best practices by participating in events, courses, and communities related to the field.
Prioritize accessibility and inclusion when designing experiences, ensuring that digital products are usable by a wide range of users, including people with disabilities, different abilities, and various forms of interaction.
Use AI to understand user behavior, identify opportunities for improving experience, and propose design solutions that optimize interactions. Create intuitive and personalized interfaces that promote user efficiency and satisfaction, aligned with the Flow strategy.
At position map level 4, you can assist in team management by providing guidance, support, and direction for the development of activities and careers.
In-person meetings, held in CI&T and/or Client's office is a Must Have.
