The Role You'll join as a Client Strategist, helping us manage and grow our relationships with some of our top clients in the U.S and Canada. Your mission is to combine strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and genuine relationship building.
You'll shape strategy, run point with clients, and keep projects moving. You'll have support from our global execution team and work directly with our founder.
Your Day-to-Day Own the client relationship for 2–3 accounts — you're their go-to partner Build and manage campaign strategies across content, social, paid, and web Coordinate with internal team to keep tasks, timelines, and expectations clear Put together informative and compelling insight reports Lead client calls, deliver insights, and translate feedback into action Stay on top of cleantech/climate/B2B marketing trends — and bring them to the table Spot opportunities for client growth and act like an embedded strategist You Might Be a Fit If You've managed B2B marketing campaigns before (agency or client side) You've worked with tech, SaaS, or sustainability startups You speak fluent English and love talking to clients You're organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage projects You read, learn, and go down rabbit holes for fun — especially in climate, energy, or tech You're energized by feedback, fast pace, and working directly with founders What We Offer A real chance to grow fast as the agency grows Flexible work hours, remote-first culture A globally distributed team with deep expertise Clear path to take ownership of accounts, lead others, and earn profit share A mission-driven environment where your ideas will shape how we grow How to Apply Send your CV and a short note telling us:
