Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and collect interview feedback
- Design, prepare and post job advertisements
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events
- Liaise with universities on career day events and maintain strong partnerships with education entities
- Help enhance and elevate MIT ESP as a brand
**Person Specification**
- Graduate or undergraduate in Human Resource Management or business related study
- Prior internship experience of at least 06 months would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
