Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in excellent working condition through regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.Implement energy conservation and cost-saving measures, while monitoring utility consumption.Track and communicate work request status and completion.Construction & Safety ComplianceMonitor construction works and ensure all guidelines are strictly followed.Provide project status reports to the Property Manager.Prepare/review plans, estimates, and scope of works for various projects.Monitor all safety programs to prevent exposure and decrease liability for the property.Assist in coordinating emergency and crisis management drills, including but not limited to fire and earthquake drills.Administrative & Budget PlanningConduct daily coordination meetings with security, maintenance, and janitorial personnel.Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations, technical briefings, testing, and validation processes.Support the Building Manager in preparing the annual budget for technical services and materials.Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.QualificationsMust have a pleasing personality, good attitude and customer orientedGood interpersonal communication skillsMust be technically competent in various machines, equipment and machines found in residential or commercial propertiesBasic accounting skills, can forecast budget and monitor expendituresLocation RequirementMust be willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna.At least 1-3 years of property management experience.EducationBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer.
