The Product Manager is a senior management level position responsible for managing a broad range of Product Management employees, setting strategy and providing direction, leadership and budgetary management. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the development of product plans, strategies, and tactics while coordinating product lines through product life-cycles in coordination with the broader Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.Responsibilities:Manage a team of Product degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster’s degree preferredPOSITION OBJECTIVE:Will lead Brazil Core Payments business, including Boleto receivables, TED payments, XB Payments, UDS Clearing, Commercial Cards, Settlement Bank and Business Center.Will be responsible for the Brazil P&L of all those Payments businesses, managing all variables of such P&L, including revenues, direct and indirect cost.Will manage an annual revenue budget of $71MM and lead the execution of aggressive growth plans, including the new phase of the Brazil Strategic Program.Will manage a team of Payments and Commercial Cards product managers to lead business transformation by anticipating market developments and needs.Will partner with local, cluster and global teams to execute a strategy to continuously gain market share in terms of transaction volumes and proactively monitor results against objectives.Will lead Brazil Payments transformation projects from the product and business standpoint, including Xpay implementation in the country, Boleto transformation and replacement / Decommission of non-strategic solutions.POSITION RESPONSABILITIES:Will be responsible for strategy definition and execution of Core Payments and Commercial Cards businesses, in line with global guidelines and markets’ needs.Will be responsible for the Brazil P&L of all those Payments businesses, Xpay implementation in the country, Boleto transformation and replacement / Decommission of non-strategic solutions.Will manage an effective partnership with TTS Ops and Technology at local and global level to roll out solutions with the proper time to market to accomplish our product goals.Will work in partnership with Risk and Control to ensure a sound control environment as per regulatory and internal policies.Will interface with the sales team to ensure they are well trained and proficient in the suite of Core Payments Products and to support in the development and sales of complex product solutions for specific customers.
